Caviar Malossol Taster Pot, 10g

The term malossol does not refer to the breed of sturgeon, but rather the method of preserving the caviar roe. Malossol means 'lightly salted' in Russian and it is a unique method which allows the refined natural flavour of the caviar to flourish as there is less salt.

This product will have a minimum of 6 weeks expiry date upon receipt. Please keep refrigerated and consume within three days of opening.
