These lobster rolls are the perfect way to indulge in one of the world’s finest seafoods, without any hassle. Simply combine the ingredients, heap them into a sandwich, and eat! Crisps make a perfect accompaniment.

  1. Pat the lobster meat dry and chop into large chunks.
  2. Combine the lobster meat with the mayonnaise, lemon juice and some salt and pepper.
  3. Lightly toast the buns and fill with the lobster meat.
  4. Top with the garlic chives and serve.
