We source our grain fed beef from the US and it is beautifully marbled, tender and succulent. The cattle are fed on a balanced grain diet for the last 100 days of their life and this flavour comes through in the eating. This rich beef really is in a different league from UK cattle.

This grain-fed beef is USDA certified and called Black Angus.
