We also stock Terre Bormane Bormano from Taggiasco, a late-season, cold-pressed olive oil which is prized for its low acidity.
Our Basilica Extra Virgin Olive Oil is made from the finest Italian olives, which have been grown by Franciscan monks since the 12th Century.
We also stock a French olive oil – Mas Les Bouviers – which is rich, complex, aromatic and fruity and a particular favourite of our founder Drogo.
