Premium Oscietra Caviar

Oscietra is a delightful caviar with a rich, creamy taste and a firm texture. This variety of sturgeon produces eggs of a medium size and may vary in colour from grey to light brown. We select the finest eggs we select the finest eggs from the Acipenser Baerii sturgeon and pack our tins with the best of the harvest. The Oscietra is highly regarded by connoisseurs, some will not eat anything but this variety. The caviar is truly divine - serve with a mother of pearl spoon, roll it around on the top of your mouth and enjoy the wonderful sensation as the caviar pops and releases it delectable flavour.
