Dungeness Crab Clusters, Cooked x 2, Frozen, +/-600g

Dungeness crab is a seasonal delight. These large crabs are named after the beach they are found at in abundance, along the West Coast of California. These clusters are made up of one of the most prized bits of the crab, the legs.

The crab legs need to be cut into to get to the meat inside. The crab meat is incredibly tender, uniquely sweet and flavourful, with firm flesh. Best served in its' simplest form, with a squeeze of lemon, and a little hot butter.

One crab cluster contains enough meat to serve 1-2 people for a starter portion.
