French Williams Pear Puree, Ponthier, Frozen, 1kg

The pears used in this puree are the Williams variety, all picked in the Haute Provence of France. The pears thrive in this area due to the deep, fertile soils which are at the perfect temperature. The Wiliams pear is very sweet and juicy, with a creamy, white flesh. The intensely fruity aroma of the pear really comes through in this puree, which is perfect to use in baking.
