Whether served simply on their own or enhanced with a complementary sauce, our fresh tortelloni makes for an elegant and satisfying meal.

Cooking Instructions: This product comes fresh and it is suitable for freezing.

  • Fresh: Cook for 4-5 minutes in boiling salted water until the pasta is tender and the filling is heated through.
  • Frozen: Cook for 5-6 minutes in boiling salted water, ensuring they remain delicate but fully cooked.

Filling (44%): mascarpone (pasteurised cream, pasteurised milk, acidity regulator: lactic acid (E270), pink prawns (red shrimps (crustaceans), antioxidants, sulphites) (25%), breadcrumbs (wheat flour, yeast, salt), shallots, pernod (drinking water, neutral alcohol, dextrose syrup, aromatic extracts: anise, other herbs, colouring agents: E104, E124), unsalted butter (milk), salt. Dusted with rice flour.
