USDA Prime Grain-Fed New York Strip, Fresh, +/-3.6kg

USDA grain-fed sirloin is incredible meat. We supply Prime and Choice , the two different grades associated with American beef and this is the highest Primegrade. The cattle are fed on a balanced diet of grain and cereal for the last 100 days before slaughter. This gives the meat a higher marbling of fat and a much richer flavour. Simply delicious and although still expensive, nothing like the price of Wagyu beef.

This fresh grain-fed USDA-certified sirloin comes vacuum sealed and will give six 500g steaks or 12 x 250g steaks. This beef is rich, so you can get away with smaller portions.
