Tender and meltingly rich, this goose foie gras has been sliced and flash frozen for easy use. 20 pieces come in a resealable bag which makes it ideal for taking out just enough portions for your dinner party. Cook straight from frozen for quick and indulgent luxury. Just make sure you season well first and give each slice a dusting of flour to create perfect caramelisation. 

Each bag contains 20 slices of foie gras at approximately 50g each.
