    • 600g Inca tomatoes

    • 300g datterini vine tomatoes

    • 250g burrata

    • 1 handful of basil

    • Salt & pepper to taste
    • 2 tbsp olive oil

    • Drizzle of balsamic glaze
    • Optional Dressing:
    • 100ml olive oil
    • 1 tsp of Dijon mustard
    • 1 tsp of Hot English mustard
    • 2 tbsp of red wine vinegar
    • 2 ½ tbsp of honey
    • 1 crushed garlic clove
    • Salt and pepper to season

      1. Step 1, Wash the tomatoes thoroughly under running water and pat them dry.
      2. Step 2, Cut the tomatoes into quarters and place them in a salad bowl.
      3. Step 3, Tear the burrata into bite-sized pieces by hand and scatter them over the tomatoes.
      4. Step 4, Pick the basil leaves from the stems and add them to the bowl.
      5. Step 5, Gently mix everything together, ensuring the ingredients are evenly distributed.
      6. Step 6, Drizzle with olive oil and balsamic glaze, season with salt and pepper and serve immediately or use an optional dressing.
