Description
Eggs and caviar are a match made in heaven! Try serving one of our Oscietra caviar taster pots on top of soft boiled eggs for a truly decadent breakfast or snack.
Make sure to check out our full range of caviar, which includes several varieties, sizes and combination sets with mother of pearl spoons, which are used to ensure the flavour of the caviar is not tainted.
- 10g Oscietra caviar
- 2 eggs
- Crackers or toast to serve
- Place the eggs in a small saucepan and cover with cold water.
- Bring to the boil and cook for 2 minutes 40 seconds. Place into a bowl of cold water.
- Very carefully peel the eggs and cut in half (or leave them whole and eat as you would a regular boiled egg).
- Serve with the caviar and toast or crackers.
