Oursis sourced sustainably from controlled farms in Poland, where expert cultivation ensures the highest quality and consistency in each batch.

Imperial Oscietra Caviar Eggs Size, Appearance & Flavour

The eggs of Imperial Oscietra caviar are medium-sized, ranging from 2.9mm to 3mm in diameter. With a distinct texture, they are firm (compared to the delicate Beluga caviar), yet burst with a satisfying pop when gently pressed between the tongue and palate. They display a stunning range of colours, ranging from golden hues to deep dark brown. The flavour is rich, complex and robust, delivering a classic, savoury profile with a satisfying depth. The eggs are prized for their consistency, with each one easily separating from the other, offering a luxurious and smooth texture.
