Imperial Oscietra caviar taster pot, also known as Osetra, Ossetrova, Asetra or Osietra, is harvested from the Russian sturgeon (Acipenser Guelden Staediti). This remarkable species can grow beyond 60 kg (132 lbs) and live up to 50 years. Requiring up to 5 decades to reach egg maturity, these sturgeons produce some of the world's most sought-after caviar. This sturgeon caviar is sourced sustainably from carefully managed farms in Poland, where expert cultivation ensures exceptional quality and consistency.
