To ensure optimal flavour and marbling, the cattle are fed a specialized diet rich in wheat and corn during the final 18 months of their lives. This carefully curated regimen contributes to the exceptional taste and marbling that our Wagyu is renowned for.

In just 7 minutes, our skilled butchers expertly prepare your meat, ensuring precision and consistency that surpasses expectations.
To maintain the freshness and natural colours of our products, we employ an innovative super-freezing technique.

Within minutes of being cut, all items are subjected to ultra-low temperatures of -60°C. This rapid super-freezing process not only locks in the flavours and textures but also preserves the vibrant hues of the meat. The result is a product that remains as fresh as the moment it was prepared.

Following the super-freezing stage, our meats are meticulously transferred to a carefully controlled environment set at -20 degrees. This temperature is ideal for storage and distribution.
