Cooking Instructions:

Steam: Place frozen buns into a steamer and steam the buns with medium heat for 10-15 minutes.

Microwave: Place 2-3 pieces of frozen buns into a microwavable container and spray a small amount of water, cover with a lid and cook with medium heat for 30-50 seconds (700W).
