These burrata and black truffle tortelloni are the ultimate indulgence! Filled with creamy cheese and heady with the flavour of truffle, they are perfect for marking a special occasion. They need very little dressing - just some melted butter or olive oil and a grating of Parmesan is enough. Of course, a little extra truffle never hurts.

250g burrata and black truffle tortelloni

Shaved Parmesan, to serve

Extra Perigord truffle, to garnish

Method
- Step 1, Cook the pasta in boiling salted water for 2 minutes, then drain.
- Step 2, Top the pasta with olive oil, plenty of Parmesan and as much extra truffle as you like!
