Our handmade mini brioche loaves are the perfect size to serve with foie gras. The fluffy loaf with a yellow tinge from the egg makes a delicious bread slice to be eaten on its own or topped with small portions of luxury scrambled eggs, foie gras or even sliced and used to make miniature French toast!

Storage: Keep refrigerated.

Shelf life: 1-2 days if kept at an ambient temperature and 3-4 days if kept in the fridge.

Please note: This product has been previously frozen and will arrive thawed and ready to use. Not suitable for refreezing.

Serving suggestions: For a classic dish pair it with butter and jam, Nutella (chocolate spread) or honey and fresh berries. Top it up with chees like brie, camembert or gouda and cured meats such as prosciutto or salami. Serve with avocado and poached egg or smoked salmon and soft cheese for breakfast. Alternatively, pair with foie gras for a fine appetiser or whipped cream and fruit as a dessert.
