Fillet is one of the most prized cuts of beef and it doesn't get better than genuine Japanese Wagyu fillet. Densely marbled steaks melt in the mouth when seasoned and seared briefly in a hot pan. This Wagyu comes from the Gunma prefecture of Japan where cattle graze the incredible grass, fed by the clear waters of the Tone River.

The richness of Japanese Wagyu means a little goes a long way. The cattle are reared according to strict regulations and the resulting meat is unlike any other in the world. The intense marbling of fat dissolves into the meat as it cooks, giving it flavour and a melt-in-the-mouth texture.
