This is a mixed selection of fantastic cheese infused with the flavours of truffle.
The Brie de Nagis is produced in the le-de-France the home of French Brie, and is very similar to the more famous Brie de Meaux in style and flavour. The truffle cream sandwiched inside is made from Perigord winter truffles which have the strongest smell and flavour of all the black truffles. This is a really special cheese that is in a league of its own.
Moliterno is a rich and mature hard sheep’s milk cheese, similar to Pecorino, and originates from Sardinia in Italy. This cheese is particularly special as it is marbled with black truffle, which adds a subtle and delicious earthy flavour.
The tomme de vache with truffles is a wonderful semi-soft cheese with a pale yellow complexion and dense texture. The flavour is almost buttery with deep and earthy notes enhanced by the truffle. It is delicious with fresh or dried fruit and a glass of good red wine.
Paired with a charcoal cracker, and a drizzle of black truffle honey (there can never be too much truffle...), these cheeses are a fabulous way to explore the delicious and indulgent flavour of truffle combined with some of the best artisan cheeses from Europe! We have also included an olive wood board with a handle to serve the three cheeses on.
