Ingredients: Pasteurised sheep´s milk, summer truffle (Tuber aestivum vitt., salt, flavours) min 5%, extra virgin olive oil, salt, rennet.

Tasting Notes: Rich, savoury tasting cheese, that gets sharper as it ages. Its paste is ivory-white with some holes in which a tear cab be found in the aged wheels
