Specialist Pork

Our fine cuts of Iberico pork are from specially bred ‘Pata Negra’. Generous fat content gives this meat its famous full flavour and tenderness – all you need is a little seasoning. For a dramatic barbecue or roast you can also impress your guests with a whole suckling pig.

For flavoursome food, fast, we also have burgers, chops, Italian pork sausages with herbs and spicy morcilla black pudding. Our tasty cooked and cured selection includes pancetta from Alsace and rich, smoky American-style bacon. If you’re interested in creating your own pork delicacies, you can experiment with our bacon curing kit or lovely, lacy crépine fat for sausages, pates or French-style crépinettes.
