Kaluga Caviar

Kaluga caviar, also known as Huso Dauricus, is sometimes referred to as river beluga caviar. The eggs are light grey to blue in colour and are about 3mm in size, the largest of all caviar eggs. A thin shell create a quick burst of flavour in the mouth and makes this a very fine and delicate caviar choice.
