Black Cod Canape Strips, from Frozen, +/-200g

Black cod is incredibly flavourful, with tender, soft flakes when cooked. The fish's flavour can be complemented with both strong or subtle flavours, but is most famously prepared with a miso marinade (you may have tried this at Nobu!). These small strips are perfect to use for canapes, to give you guests a taste of some of the most delicious fish available.

When we fillet our fish, some of our cuts are under the optimum weight as they are from the tail-end - we think it seems a shame for these beautiful cuts to go to waste so we have reduced them in price for you to enjoy.  

Due to the nature of this product, cuts will be of different shapes and sizes.
