Girolle Mushrooms – Earthy, Peppery & Delicately Firm!

Girolle mushrooms are wild mushrooms, celebrated for their vibrant golden colour and distinctive trumpet shape. Their flavour is deeply earthy with a mild peppery kick, complemented by subtle apricot-like notes that add a delicate sweetness. The texture is firm yet tender, offering a slight chewiness that holds up well to various cooking methods. Whether sautéed, roasted or added to rich sauces, these mushrooms bring depth and complexity to any dish.
