Black cod is incredibly flavourful, with tender, soft flakes when cooked. The fish’s flavour can be complemented with both strong or subtle flavours, but is most famously prepared with a miso marinade (you may have tried this at Nobu!). These small strips are perfect to use for canapes, to give you guests a taste of some of the most delicious fish available.
When we fillet our fish, some of our cuts are under the optimum weight as they are from the tail-end - we think it seems a shame for these beautiful cuts to go to waste so we have reduced them in price for you to enjoy.
