Specialist Lamb

Artisan farmers in the foothills of the Pyrenees raise our delicious milk-fed lamb. It’s so delicious that very little is exported, so it’s not easy to obtain.

The lambs only ever suckle on their mother's milk, so they are free from antibiotics and hormones and their meat is fresh and tender. Grilled, roasted or braised, the flavour and texture of this sought-after milk-fed lamb is generally thought to be the very best you can find.
