Due to its versatility, seabass has fast become of the most popular choices for home cooking and restaurants alike. It has a a firm, succulent texture and is an excellent source of protein and omega-3 fatty acids. This seabass is delicious marinated with our yuzu ponzu soy sauce, some grated ginger and a little chilli and then grilled or pan-fried. Alternatively, try pan roasting with a mixture of Mediterranean vegetables, a generous glug of olive oil, garlic, and grating of fresh lemon zest.
