Orange Tobiko, which is a Japanese name for a flying fish roe, has been carefully cured and dyed to create its distinctive hue. The eggs of Orange Tobiko are firm and crunchy, bursting with flavour with every bite. Although they are small, ranging from 0.5 mm-0.8 mm, tobiko is larger than masago (capelin roe), but smaller than ikura (salmon roe). 

The tangy, slightly salty taste of Orange Tobiko is the perfect complement to a variety of dishes, from sushi and sashimi rolls to poke bowls to pasta sauces and canapes. Our fish roe is the ideal ingredient to sprinkle on top of sushi rolls, especially the California rolls. It's also great as a topping for salads, avocado toast and more! With its bold flavour and vibrant colour, it's sure to become a staple in your pantry.
