Pain au Chocolat, Frozen Ready-to-Bake, 70 x 75g

Pain au chocolat are a popular type of viennoisserie made from layers of buttery puff pastry rolled around chocolate and unsurprisingly, they are loved by children and adults alike. These ready-to-bake pain au chocolat can be cooked straight from frozen so the rest can be saved for another time. Serve fresh from the oven and you’ll never know they weren’t homemade.
Instructions: For best results defrost for 20 minutes before cooking then reglaze the croissant with egg. Bake at 165°C in a fan-assisted oven for approximately 18 minutes.
