When we fillet our fish, some of our cuts are under the optimum weight as they are from the tail-end - we think it seems a shame for these beautiful cuts to go to waste so we have reduced them in price for you to enjoy.
Antarctic black cod is one of the most flavourful and tender fish around, thanks to the large amount of omega 3 it contains and the fact that the cooked fish naturally falls apart in large, soft flakes. It is a sub-ice dwelling fish, and travels such a long way to come here that it has to be bought frozen. This fish is amazing served European or Asian-style, and has become extremely popular cooked in a miso and sake marinade in many top restaurants.
