This scrumptious cow's milk cheese is thick, smooth and rich - just the ticket for slathering on crackers and bread. Crème fraîche is added twice to the whole milk during the making process, making it extra creamy, and it has a bloomy rind not dissimilar to brie. Definitely one for the dairy fans!
Try making up contrasting flavour pairs with the delice - it loves spicy preserved peppers and olives - or you can just savour the flavour as it is on a crispy olive oil and sea salt cracker. The acid and yeasty notes in champagne cut through the cream and set it off very well, but any good white wine will do as well.
