This cool and refreshing Brazilian cocktail is the ultimate summer beverage for those warm, long evenings. The Caipiroska is an interesting twist on the classic Caipirinha which uses the sugar-cane liquor, Caçhaca. Here the Caçhaca is replaced with vodka, a recipe which developed in the 20th century after many Brazilian travellers abroad were unable to source their beloved Brazilian caçhaca and improvised with vodka. Made here with Black Cow Vodka, this drink is zesty, revitalising and fresh. Serve in an old-fashioned glass. For an extra explosion of flavour, you could also garnish the drink with a few pearls from finger limes.
