Sushi Vinegar, 300ml
Sushi vinegar is a combination of rice vinegar, salt and sugar. It is most often used to flavour cooked sushi rice, giving it that essential balance of sweet and salty. This Japanese sushi vinegar is sweet, but very refreshing with a light citrus twist. Simply add 20 millitres to 100 grams of already cooked and still very hot sushi rice. Mix it in thoroughly and leave it to cool. At first the taste might be quite sharp, but as it cools the vinegar flavour will mellow. Now you can get ready to roll.
