Brixham Scallops in Half Shell, Fresh, x 20
These roe-in fresh scallops are truly delicious – the fresh meat is plump with a sweet flavour. To cook these at home, pour a small glug of white wine, a spoonful of garlic and herb butter and a sprinkling of breadcrumbs on top of the scallop meat and grill under a high heat in the shell. Try grilling the scallop meat with a little garlic and herb butter and seasoning with black pepper and lemon for a simple seafood delight.
