If you do not receive an Order Confirmation email from us, your order may not have been received. Please contact us by telephone.

Customs
When ordering goods from this website for delivery overseas you may be subject to import duties and taxes which are levied once the package reaches the specified destination. Any additional charges for customs clearance must be borne by you. The owners and operators of this website we have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be at any time. Fine Food Specialist can't and will not accept responsibility for orders that are delayed or stopped by local customs and/or border control.
Returns
Any returns must be made within 7 days of receiving your product. The products must be returned in their original condition.
Cancellations
Requests for cancellations must be made before 11am on your Dispatch Date - see your Order Confirmation email or your Order History for details. Fine Food Specialist cannot cancel or refund orders for the following products, which are non-returnable once we have sourced them for you:
- Fresh meat
- Fresh poultry
- Fresh fish
- Fresh cheese
Please make sure you are happy with your Cart before making payment and completing your order. Please check your Order Confirmation email to review the details of the order that you have submitted. Fine Food Specialist cannot be held liable for acting in good faith on incorrect information received.
Changes to Delivery whilst Goods are In Transit
DPD offers our customers an opportunity to change Delivery Date and/or Shipping Address whilst goods are in transit. PLEASE NOTE that we package and dispatch goods in good faith based on information received at time of purchase. Any changes submitted to DPD after dispatch could affect the Delivery Date and the condition in which the goods are received. Eg, frozen goods packaged for a 1-day transit will thaw out if the delivery date is extended after dispatch. Changes to the Shipping Address usually create a 24-hour delay to delivery as the package will need to be returned to a sorting depot to be relabelled, resorted, and reallocated for delivery. Fine Food Specialist will not be liable for goods spoiled or lost due to additional delivery instructions communicated to DPD by customers after dispatch. If you need to change delivery details whilst your order is already in transit, please contact us in the first instance on 020 7627 2553 or at support@finefoodspecialist.co.uk
Royal Mail - PLEASE NOTE that we package and dispatch goods in good faith based on information received at time of purchase, and we are unable to change any delivery information with respect to Royal Mail shipping once goods have been dispatched.
