Delivery to the EU and the Rest of the World
The delivery information here is for all orders requiring delivery outside the UK. For information regarding UK deliveries, please click HERE.
PLEASE NOTE: Any customs charges that may occur are the sole responsibility of the recipient. Fine Food Specialist will not be liable for any orders which spoil due to a failure by the customer to pay custom charges in a timely manner.
The delivery options here depend on three factors:
1) Is your order fresh or frozen?
If so, then you will be not be eligible for our Royal Mail services. Instead, your order will be sent via our DHL courier service. This ensures that your order arrives with you as fresh as possible.
2) How much does your order weigh?
Any non-perishable orders can use our Royal Mail services, as long as the parcel (including all packaging materials) weighs less than 2kg. Anything over 2kg must use our Express Courier service, as this carrier accepts much heavier parcels.
3) Where is your order being sent?
Any international orders that are sent via Royal Mail are divided into two categories; those being sent to the European Union (EU), and those being sent to the Rest of the World (RoW).

Bear in mind that these prices are only applicable to NON-PERISHABLE GOODS, for parcels that weigh LESS THAN 2KG. For orders being delivered by our Express Courier service, please see below. Please note that ALL weights include the sum total weight of your parcel – including packaging and ice.
