Fed on a natural diet of oats, maize and wheat, and let to roam in large fields and water, these ducks grow to a large size. Local to Devon, you can taste the delicious free-range goodness in every bite.
We recommend roasting the duck for around 1 hour 45 minutes. Make sure you keep all of the fat that runs off the bird, as this is full of flavour and can be used to cook roast potatoes!
