Chicken Sui Mai is another delicious dumpling in our dim sum range. It is an ‘open-top’ dumpling, in which a succulent chicken and shiitake filling is wrapped in golden wheat flour dumpling paper to make a stunning looking and tasting bite.

Instructions to cook:
Cook from frozen. Remove all packaging and place pieces inside steamer, cover and steam for approximately 15 minutes.
