Our Japanese Wagyu slices are expertly crafted for both grilling and the ultimate hotpot feast. Sourced from A4-grade Wagyu cattle born and raised in Kagoshima (Japan), they come with a fine marbling and melt-in-your-mouth texture that delivers a succulent, buttery bite every time. Our exclusive hotpot bundle includes premium Japanese Wagyu beef, a flavourful BBQ sauce and a satay soup base for the ultimate dipping experience. On the grill, these slices sear beautifully in just 5 seconds, caramelising for a smoky, umami-packed bite. In a hotpot, they cook in just 5–8 seconds when simmered in the rich BBQ sauce, making them an ideal choice for shabu-shabu, sukiyaki or yakiniku.

For the perfect finishing touch, dip the beef into our satay sauce, a mildly spicy, nutty blend of peanuts and aromatic spices. This creates an irresistible sweet-savoury contrast, enhancing the natural richness of the Wagyu for a truly indulgent dining experience. 

Cooking Suggestions: How to Cook Japanese Wagyu Hotpot Slices

  • Best cooking methods: BBQ, hotpot, shabu-shabu, sukiyaki stir-fry.
  • Grill: Sear for 5 seconds in a heated pan. 
  • Hotpot bundle: Meat + BBQ sauce + satay dipping sauce in one. Simmer the meat for 5–8 seconds in a boiling BBQ sauce, then dip it in the satay sauce.
  • Perfect for: Japanese, Korean or Chinese-style hotpots.
