Reblochon 'Fermier' is the highest quality available. It is made only from fresh milk from the farm that the cheese is produced. Unpasteurised, full fat, fresh and creamy - milk that has a flavour second to none and this translates into the flavour of the cheese. Reblochon is a creamy washed rind cheese that is rich yet not too powerful in flavour. If you like gooey cheese then leave this to come up to room temperature for several hours and enjoy it when it is oozing across the plate. Try adding a generous spoon of black truffle honey just to top it all off.
