This artisan pork salami has been beautifully enriched with black truffle and truffle oil. Made in the hilly Maremma region of Tuscany, the salami is produced from selected cuts of pork, then seasoned and left to age. It is bright red in colour, speckled with fat and has a unique and indulgent flavour. Cut off a few thin slices of this truffle salami and serve with olives and crispy crostini.
Truffle Salami Serving Suggestions
Cheese Pairings: Soft cheeses like Brie, Camembert or goat cheese or aged cheeses such as Pecorino, Parmesan or Manchego. Alternatively, pair blue cheeses like Gorgonzola or Roquefort for a bold contrast.
Bread and Crackers: Serve with crusty baguette slices, ciabatta or thin, crisp crackers or focaccia. Use also with olive bread or sourdough.
