Blu cora is a marbled cheese, produced using a mix of goat's and cow's milk. The soft and creamy interior is laced with blue veins that give a characteristic tang to this blue cheese. Rich in flavour and in the same league as the Piedmont’s other blue, the famous gorgonzola, the blu cora is a fantastic, balanced cheese that blue-lovers will adore.
