Exclusively the UK’s only raw farmhouse butter, this traditionally churned butter is beautifully creamy. The milk comes from grass-fed Montbeliarde cows from a region in France, and is processed in a traditional way that makes the butter the closest thing to original Suffolk butter; Suffolk butter was once named the ‘butter capital’ of England. The butter is churned when it is warm and ‘hand-paddled’ using traditional scotch, wooden butter hands warm, fresh from milking.
