A traditional favourite in our dim sum collection, these prawn dumplings are simple but absolutely bursting with flavour. Chopped prawns are combined with bamboo shoots and chestnuts, to create this delicately flavoured and light dumpling, with a pink colour shining through the dumpling wrapper when steamed. The perfect addition to a dim sum platter at home, or as a delicious canape.
Serve with a small dish of soy sauce, such as our 2 year Kamebishi.
