With a curing period of 48 months, Casalba Iberico Bellota ham is famed for its rich, nutty distinctive taste. Also known as Pata Negra, Bellota jamon is highly prized in the culinary world and owes its delicious flavour to the Iberian pigs which roam freely in native oak forests and are fed an acorn-diet.
A real Spanish delicacy, this sliced Iberico ham is cured in a dry cellar to attain its exquisite taste, with a dark red marbling fat running through it. Bellota ham is best served at room temperature, 30 minutes after removing from the refrigerator.
