Condiments are the cook’s secret weapon in the kitchen: a spoonful of a well-made condiment can transform a dish from something average into something really special!

At Fine Food Specialist we have curated a selection of the very best condiments money can buy, from artisan mustards to hand-harvested salts, the most interesting relishes and richest mayonnaise. Our superb wholegrain and tarragon mustards will add pizazz to a sandwich, salad dressing or sauce, while our garlic and parsley and bone marrow butters are the perfect easy additions to vegetables, grilled fish or meats.

We stock a very special selection of aged products, such as balsamic vinegar ranging from 6-20 years of age, and soy sauces including a 3-year-old Kamebishi soy sauce, which is full of umami and perfect with a plate of gyoza or sashimi. 

Our range of specialist vinegar will enhance Asian-style dressings for a cold salad or contribute to a special dipping sauce: we sell sake vinegar, dashi vinegar and black kombu seaweed vinegar, among other specialist products. Try our seaweed relish for a ready-made option – it’s particularly good with oysters. Our citrus ponzu sauce will add sweetness and fragrance to glazes, sauces or desserts.
