Wagyu Ribeye Steaks, BMS 4-5 Cooking Suggestions

  • Pan-Searing: Heat a cast-iron skillet until smoking hot, sear the steak for 2-3 minutes on each side then rest.
  • Grilling: Preheat the grill to high, cook the steak for 3-4 minutes per side and let it rest.
  • Reverse Searing: Cook the steak in the oven at low temperature until it reaches the desired doneness, then sear in a hot pan.
  • Sous Vide: Vacuum-seal the steak, cook it in a water bath at a precise temperature, then finish with a quick sear.
