This fish is hand cut to create a platter of thin slices of the highest quality sashimi. Bringing the best sushi experience to your table with ease and so much flavour! We have paired delicious wild-fin yellow tuna with sea bass (also known as Suzuki), which is slightly sweet and often enjoyed with a little lemon and salt.
NB: This fish is classes as sashimi as It has been frozen and kept at -60 degrees, which gets rid of any parasites and makes it safe for consumption when raw.
