A firm favourite at Fine Food Specialist, Loch Fyne smoked salmon is a stunning salmon, revered all over the world. The exquisite flavour of this smoked salmon is versatile and moist, and works perfectly in these filled tortellonis, combined with ricotta, mascarpone and a touch of dill. The perfectly decadent and light pasta for a special occasion!
This special smoked salmon is produced in the Loch Fyne Smokehouse, located in Cairndow Argyll, in the Scottish highlands. Fresh salmon fillets are dry cured using traditional methods and smoked over wood chips from retired whisky casks, resulting in a delicate yet richly flavoured salmon, subtly smoky, with hints of sweetness and the faintest tang of oak.
Our tortellonis are all hand-made and fresh.
This product is made to order and is delivered fresh, but can be frozen upon receipt.
